Everything under control
(Alles onder controle)

For the project ‘Typology’ I worked with the surveillance cameras along my running track in Brussels.

The result was a booklet that started with a map of my running track in the centre of Brussels. It is scattered with surveillance cameras that see everything, 24/7.

No movement escapes from their permantent attention. Dozens of cameras document how I move through my city and follow every step I make.

But what if the roles are turned? In this booklet, the cameras are the subject of my photos. Who’s watching who now?
